Design

The primary decisions you'll need to make when designing your pool are the liner pattern, location, shape, and size. Our team will be there to assist with any questions or concerns before construction begins. With a solid plan in place, we can avoid mid-construction changes and keep the project on schedule.

Construction

We got permits, chosen the shape and liner pattern, and marked the location of your new pool.

NOW WE BUILD!

Construction begins with excavation. We dig. level, and smooth the surface.

Next we install the wall, prep the floor, and then the plumbing and electrical work.

Now we are ready to for the liner.

Fitting, securing, and vacuuming the liner ensuring a tight fit completes the installation.

We fill any gaps around the pool walls to allow for settling and maintaining stability.

Now it is time to install the equipment as planned when designing and test plumbing lines for leaks.

Finally we install the pool decking before filling the pool with water, and test the system is working properly and meets all safety standards.

Construction times vary depending on size and design complexity. Weather or unforeseen ground issues will sometimes cause a delay in the project.

Once we break ground the construction process usually takes 4-8 weeks.

Enjoy your pool!

Vinyl Liner Replacement/Repair

The liner of a vinyl liner pool will need to be replaced every 8-12 years on average. Properly caring for your pool is a key factor in the lifespan of your liner. Fortunately, vinyl liner pools are relatively easy to care for in comparison to other  types of pools.

If you see cracks, tears, and other noticeable signs of damage it is time to replace the liner. Significant fading and water loss can also indicate the need for replacement. Replacing the liner itself can be done in within one week. When removing the old liner we inspect the structure of the pool for any damage or wear that needs repaired or replaced. We stand by our commitment to open communication with our clients and will discuss any repairs we find necessary.

While some consider the need to replace a liner as a con, we add it to the list of pros. Have you ever thought the stairs would be better in a different place or wished you had added a tanning ledge? We can make structural changes before installing your new liner. Whether you purchased a home with a vinyl liner pool or your taste has changed since first installing your pool and you just want something different - something fresh! Just replacing the liner can be like getting a new pool! It offers you the opportunity for a whole new outdoor vibe. We have many liner patterns to choose from made by the most highly regarded manufacturers of vinyl liners.
